What does it cost to work with you?
Our planning is included in your trip. Like most travel advisors, we're compensated through industry-standard partner commissions from hotels and suppliers — meaning you pay the same rate you'd pay booking direct (often less), with perks added on top.
What does "independently affiliated with Fora Travel" mean for me?
Fora is our host agency and partner network. Booking through it gets you preferred rates, upgrades when available, VIP amenities (breakfast, resort credits, early check-in requests), and hotel relationships that treat our guests as priorities, not reservation numbers.
What do trips typically cost?
Most Saturno trips land between $15,000 and $35,000 total, depending on season, party size, and hotel tier. We'll be straight with you about what your budget buys — and where spending more genuinely changes the trip.
Is Saturno the right fit for our budget?
We design full-service, white-glove trips — the hotels, guides, drivers, and tables that make southern Italy extraordinary — so we're honest that we're not the right partner for budget-focused travel. If your trip is below our typical range, we'll say so kindly on the first call and point you toward resources that fit better. Our free guide is a great place to start either way.
How far ahead should we plan?
Six to twelve months for peak season (May–September) on the coast — the best rooms and villas book first. Shoulder-season trips (April, October) can come together in three to four months, and are often our favorite time to send people.
Do you only plan Italy?
Southern Italy is our leisure specialty — it's what we know firsthand. Separately, our EA Travel Desk supports executive assistants with corporate and executive travel worldwide, any destination.
Can you find my family's village?
Yes — that's the heart of the Campania Homecoming. Give us names, approximate dates, and whatever records exist, and we'll work to locate the village and arrange local guides to bring the visit to life.
What if something goes wrong mid-trip?
You message us. We monitor trips while you travel and deal with suppliers directly — rebookings, weather changes, the ferry strike nobody predicted. You keep your vacation; we keep the logistics.
Do you book flights?
Yes — we can arrange flights as part of the trip, and either way we build the itinerary around them so nothing depends on a tight connection.
